Multiple people were hospitalized after a crash on Highway 11 in Severn Township Saturday night.
It happened at around 9 p.m. in the northbound direction between Shoreview Drive and Anchor Drive, and two cars were involved according to the OPP public information advisor (PIA).
Severn Township’s fire chief told CTV News that three apparatus and eight firefighters were involved in the response, but no extrication needed.
The PIA told CTV News that three people were hospitalized as a precaution.
The right lane was closed as firefighters, County of Simcoe Paramedics, Rama Paramedic Services, the OPP and tows tended to the incident.
The area reopened once the scene was cleared, but the incident remains under investigation.
