Registration Opens September 29, 2026!

Registration for the 2026 OAFC Annual General Meeting & Trade Show officially opens on September 29, 2026.

Registration links for both the AGM and Trade Show will be available right here on this page beginning September 29.

Trade Show Exhibitors: Standard and Deluxe booths, as well as truck display spaces, will be available to book through the new registration portal. Space is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and all registrations must be submitted through the online portal.

Exhibitors will have the opportunity to request a preferred booth location during registration. Due to the size and scope of the Trade Show, specific booth locations cannot be guaranteed; however, we will make every effort to accommodate requests.

Additional exhibitor services can be requested directly through the Niagara Falls Convention Centre, with this option available during the registration process.

Thank you for your patience as we transition to a new venue and new registration system for 2026. We are excited about the changes ahead and can’t wait to welcome everyone to Niagara Falls this November!

The 2026 Trade Show features a new floor plan designed to maximize the available space, along with exciting enhancements to the exhibitor experience, including a new event mobile app with optional lead capture functionality.
