Please note to add to the Outlook App follow these steps:

1. Download the iCal option.
2. The downloaded file will appear in the top right corner of your screen. Open the file. 
3. Go to your outlook app - a pop up from Microsoft Office may appear - click yes. 
4. Calendar invite will appear. Click save and close.
