Trade Show Booth Fees

ALL BOOTH FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. A MAXIMUM OF 2 BOOTHS PER COMPANY IS ALLOWED.

Deluxe Trade Show Booth

(8ft. x 8 ft.)

  • 6ft table and 2 chairs
  • Basic Power
  • Breakfast and lunch on Thursday and Friday for 2 representatives
  • 2 complimentary drink tickets for the Thursday evening reception on the trade show floor
  • 2 complimentary drink tickets for the Friday evening reception on the trade show floor
$1350.00 + HST 

Standard Trade Show Booth 

(8ft. x 8 ft.)

  • 6ft table and 2 chairs
  • 2 complimentary drink tickets for the Thursday evening reception on the trade show floor

  • Dedicated outdoor space during the trade show hours

Complimentary Booth Form

Each year FireCon tries to offer a small quantity of complimentary booths to non-profit organizations who contribute in a positive way to the fire service. The complimentary booths are selected at the discretion of FireCon. All requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will depend on available space.

If you are interested in submitting a request for a complimentary booth, please complete the below form. A follow-up will be made to all applicants after the deadline date. Complimentary booths are bound by the FireCon Trade Show terms and conditions.
