Shuttle Times

Please note the following parking and shuttle details for the event:

Morning (October 23 & 25 — 6:45 a.m. – 8:15 a.m.)

One large coach bus will operate on a continuous loop between:

• Holiday Inn (Wyecroft)
• Oakville Fire Training Centre
• Queen Elizabeth Park Community and Cultural Centre (QEP)

Delegates can board at the Holiday Inn; the bus will make regular stops at both venues to ensure all participants arrive on time.

Midday (October 23 & 25 — 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.)

The coach bus will provide continuous shuttle service between QEP and the Oakville Fire Training Centre, allowing participants to travel between venues during the lunch break.

Afternoon (October 23, 24 & 25 — 4:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.)

The coach bus will operate on a continuous loop between:

• Oakville Fire Training Centre
• QEP
• Holiday Inn (Wyecroft)

Delegates can catch the shuttle at either venue for return transportation to the hotel.

Late Morning (October 24 — Starting at 11:45 a.m.)

Shuttle service will begin at 11:45 a.m. from the Holiday Inn (Wyecroft) to both QEP and the Oakville Fire Training Centre, following the same loop format.

Afternoon return service will follow the regular 4:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. schedule.

Parking

• Oakville Training Center
  • No parking available on Thursday, October 23 and Friday, October 24.
  • Parking is available on Saturday, October 25.
• Queen Elizabeth Community Center
  • Parking is available on all three days: October 23–25.
