What is the OAFC Partner Program?

The OAFC Partner Program offers attendees the opportunity to bring their partner to the OAFC Annual General Meeting in Niagara Falls. As we relaunch the program, we're beginning with a one-day event on Thursday, November 20, with plans to expand it into a multi-day experience in 2026.

What is included in the OAFC Partner Program?

The 2025 OAFC Partner Program will include:

• Access to the reception on Wednesday November 19
• Access to breakfast on Thursday November 20 
• Access to lunch on Thursday November 20
• Wine Tour on Thursday November 20
  • A private (only those participating in the OAFC Partner Program will be on the bus) wine tour from approximately 1:00pm to 8:00pm*
  • You will be picked up and dropped off right at our host hotel (Hilton Niagara Fallsview Hotel and Suites)
  • The tour will stop at 4 Niagara Wineries
  • There will be 3-4 Wine Tastings Per Stop
  • A Gourmet Cheese Sampler will be provided at Stop 2
  • A 3 Course Dinner at a Top-Rated Restaurant is also included 

*Please note if the Partner Program does not have a minimum of 10 attendees, it will not be a private wine tour. Those in attendance will be on a bus with people outside of the OAFC Partner Program. 

During registration there will be the option to purchase additional daily meal packages. Daily meal packages include breakfast and lunch with conference attendees during their schedules meal times.  Meal packages do not include the AM and PM coffee breaks. 

Costing and Registration

The cost for the one day OAFC Partner Program is $325 + HST and includes:

• Access to the reception on Wednesday November 19
• Access to breakfast on Thursday November 20 
• Access to lunch on Thursday November 20
• Wine Tour on Thursday November 20 
  • A private (only those participating in the OAFC Partner Program will be on the bus) wine tour from approximately 1:00pm to 8:00pm*

Additional daily meal packages can be added for $95 + HST per day.
