The cost for this course is $365 plus HST.

There must be a minimum of 12 registered participants in order for the course to proceed. Registration cut-off date is September 17, 2018.

You will be sent your Humber student ID number and login information for course materials seven (7) days prior to the course start date.

There is pre-course material that students must complete which will be emailed to you seven (7) days prior to the course start date.

Registration/Cancellation Policy: There is a $25 fee for all cancellations. There are no refunds after September 10, 2018. If a course is cancelled due to the minimum numbers not attained, students can be refunded their course fees or a credit can be applied to their account.

Registration Policy:  There is a $25.00 fee for all cancellations.  There are no refunds after September 10, 2018.  There must be at least 12 participants registered in this course for it to proceed.  By agreeing to these terms, you understand that this course may be cancelled at any time.

Substitutions are allowed providing the OAFC office is notified before the event start date and that the replacement complies with our registration policy.

By completing and accepting this form, you are acknowledging that all information is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. You also acknowledge that you have permission to register for this course or register on behalf of another party.

A $25.00 administration fee may apply to any registrations that are entered incorrectly and is at the sole discretion of the Ontario Association of Fire Chiefs.

The Ontario Association of Fire Chiefs (OAFC) and it's third party affiliates run events/courses for purposes of education and networking.  The OAFC has a registration function on this website. Payments in relation to events are processed by Moneris - a third-party service provider. The OAFC and any third party affiliate assumes no liability for those using the registration function or payment function, and the user accepts that any dispute with regard to payment or distribution or use of information collected by Moneris - the payment service provider -  will be raised directly with them.
