OAFC 2020 Trade Show Registration

Please ensure that you provide us with your 1st, 2nd and 3rd choices and include it in the additional comments field.   Trade Show registration opens first to sponsors, then to OAFC Industry Members, then to 2020 exhibitors and then it opens to any potential vendor.  The dates for registration are as follows:
 
  • Opens for SPONSORS ONLY: Monday, July 22, 2019
  • Opens for INDUSTRY MEMBERS ONLY: Tuesday, August 6, 2019
  • Opens for 2019 EXHIBITORS: Tuesday, August 20, 2019
  • Open to ALL POTENTIAL EXHIBITORS: Friday, August 30, 2019
Payment Information/Options
  • Pay your entire booth fee by cheque or EFT, before October 1, 2019 and save 5% on your booth fees.
  • Pay only 25% of your fee now, and your booth selection will be held until January 15, 2020.  All booths secured with a deposit must be paid in full by January 15, 2020.  Any booths not paid in full by the deadline, will be released.
To take advantage of the 25% deposit option, register and select INVOICE as your payment option and in the additional comments field put “25% deposit”. 

How to register
  • All exhibitors (both those securing booth space, as well as exhibiting at the show) are required to read the Terms and Conditions found on the 2020 Exhibitor Prospectus.
  • Review the OAFC 2020 Trade Show Floorplan to select your booth location. (please include your 2nd and 3rd choices)
  •  Complete the form below, in full.  In order to secure booth space at the trade show, you must read and agree to our Terms and Conditions and our Cancellation Policy.
  • Ensure you know what payment option you wish to take advantage of.  
  • Please enter your booth selections in the "ADDITIONAL COMMENT SECTION" on the form below.
  •  All booths are based on a first come, first served basis.  The floorplan is updated on a daily basis.
Cancellation Policy - Please read carefully
  • There is an administrative fee of $500.00 for all cancellations. All cancellations must be received in writing.
  • In the event of a cancellation by an exhibitor after March 2, 2020, the OAFC Show Management shall retain the exhibit fee unless a suitable replacement exhibitor can be found to purchase the space.  
  • No refunds will be given after April 1, 2020.  For Outdoor Demo Space, there will be no refunds in the event of inclement weather.

Inclusions: 1 vehicle with no display**(see above), wireless internet during show, lead retrieval, guest passes, access to conference evening functions, passes for 3 to attend keynote both days and $40 worth of lunch vouchers. **Fire Vehicle Space display restrictions: Exhibitors are permitted to display: 1 pop up banner, 2 chairs, with materials displayed on fire vehicle.
Additional Fire Vehicle Space 8x40
Member Rate: $1730
Non-Member Rate: $1850
Inclusions: 1 vehicle with no display** (conditions apply), passes for 2 to attend keynote both days.
Outdoor Demo Space 8x45 
 
Inclusions: 1 outdoor vehicle space, passes for 2 to attend keynote both days. Note:  You MUST book an indoor space, under the same company name in order to secure outdoor demo space.  If you would like to just book an outdoor demo space, please contact OAFC for rates.  
Fire Vehicle with Display Space 
Member Rate: $3320
Non-Member Rate: $3525
Inclusions: 1 vehicle, display, wireless internet during show, power (1500watt, 120v duplex outlet) lead retrieval, guest passes, access to conference evening functions, passes for 3 to attend keynote both days and $40 worth of lunch vouchers.
Feature Space
Inclusions: 2 chairs, 2 - 8 foot draped tables, 1 power (1500watt, 120v duplex outlet) drop, wireless internet during show, lead retrieval, guest passes, access to conference evening functions, passes for 5 to attend keynote both days and $80 worth of lunch vouchers, logo on floorplan.  Feature spaces are available by a square foot price.
