The table below outlines all the registration options available and will assist you with your choices on the registration form.

Ontario Fire College Candidate Certification Testing Registration is now closed	Testing will be offered for the following OFC courses: NFPA 1021 Fire Officer I NFPA 1031 Fire Inspector I NFPA 1035 Fire and Life Safety Educator I NFPA 1041 Fire Instructor I NFPA 1072 Hazmat Awareness NFPA 1521 Incident Safety Officer The deadline to submit your application for testing is March 8, 2023. Eligibilty to write your certification must be provided to OAFC. A template is available here if you do not have one. Click here for the application Please choose Event Option "Ontario Fire College Candidate Certification Testing", then choose OFC course by placing a '1' in the box.
NEFEC Full Registration - Leadership - 2 Days $625.00	Includes: Breakfast, Lunch, AM/PM Breaks - March 24 & 25; Networking Breakfast - March 24; Welcome Reception - March 23 and Networking Reception - March 24; and Banquet Ticket, including entertainment - March 25.
Banquet Tickets $100.00	Includes: Banquet Reception, dinner, and evening entertainment.

Cancellation Policy: There is a $100.00 fee for ALL CANCELLATIONS. No refunds after February 24, 2023.

Cancellation Policy - No refunds will be issued after February 24, 2023.  A $100 fee applies to all cancellations.

Registration Policy:  Substitutions will be allowed after the cancellation date providing written notice is given prior to event start date.  Any registrations entered incorrectly may incur a $25 administration fee to correct the registration.  The $25 fee is charged at the discretion of the Northeastern Fire Education Conference (NEFEC)/OAFC and Nipissing/East Parry Sound Fire Services Mutual Aid Association.

Declaration:  If I am registering on behalf of someone else, I acknowledge that I have permission to do so and am liable for any outstanding/applicable fees.  I acknowledge that the Northeastern Fire Education Conference and Trade Show shares contact information with sponsors of this event.  I understand that if I DO NOT wish to share my information, that I will add "DO NOT SHARE" in the additional comment box.

Terms and Conditions:  The Northeastern Fire Education Conference (NEFEC)/OAFC and Nipissing/East Parry Sound Fire Services Mutual Aid Association holds an annual event for purposes of education and networking.  NEFEC/Nipissing/East Parry Sound Fire Services Mutual Aid Association has a registration function on this website, owned, managed and maintained by the Ontario Association of Fire Chiefs (OAFC).  Users of this registration function agree that, subject to the Privacy Policy posted on this site, their information can be used to contact them in connection with the event and any other contact deemed necessary for running its events, subject to the laws governing sound internet practices.   By using the registration functions on this website, users acknowledge that the OAFC/NEFEC/Nipissing/East Parry Sound Fire Services Mutual Aid Association reserves the right to change the venue, time, and/or date of the event with reasonable notice and offer reasonable alternatives, including refunds where applicable. Cancellation of an event caused by any calamity, attack, or act of God, beyond the control of the OAFC/NEFEC/Nipissing/East Parry Sound Fire Services Mutual Aid Association and its agents does not constitute grounds for a refund. It is the user's responsibility to abide by the cancellation policy of each event. The OAFC/NEFEC/Nipissing/East Parry Sound Fire Services Mutual Aid Association reserves the right to refuse to register any individual from attending this event for any reason, and is under no obligation to provide justification for such a decision.  Please note that the early bird rate will end at the end of the business day on February 15, 2022.

Payments in relation to events are processed by a third-party service provider. The OAFC/NEFEC/Nipissing/East Parry Sound Fire Services Mutual Aid Association assumes no liability for those using the registration function or payment function (when applicable), and the user accepts that any dispute with regard to payment or distribution or use of information collected by the payment service provider - Moneris -  will be raised directly with the service provider.
