We book your accommodations. This option is limited and only available to OAFC members.
 
* Please note this is non-refundable. Substitutions are permitted. The same attendee for both the Roundtable and the AGM is required (cannot be split).
  • Three nights hotel accommodation (Nov 18/19/20).
  • Fire Service Roundtable November 19, 2019 (choice of urban or suburban/rural).
  • Lunch & AM coffee break for Roundtable.
  • Fire Service Roundtable Reception.
  • AGM Meeting - November 20 & 21, 2019 - all sessions. Individual members will get access to the business meeting.

Cancellation Policy:  

There is a $50.00 fee for all cancellations.  

There are no refunds for the all-inclusive package.  
 
A-la-carte options will offer no refunds after November 3, 2019.
