An organization’s most valuable asset is its employees. 

This course will prepare the participants to leave with the necessary tools to insure their employees are kept well and able to perform to their highest expectations. Fitness and wellness programs will be studied. Participants will explore the importance of employee assistance and support. An awareness of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder will be provided

This course is part of the Humber College Fire Service Executive Management Certificate program. Participants will receive one(1) credit towards their certificate.

A minimum of 20 participants must be registered in order for the course to proceed.

This course is part of the Humber College Fire Service Executive Management Certificate program. Participants will receive one(1) credit towards their certificate.
