OAFC 2018 Trade Show Registration

Please ensure that you provide us with your 1st, 2nd and 3rd choices and include in the additional comments field.   Booths will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis.
 

Trade Show registration process is as follows:

  • August 2 to August 23, 2017 - Open to sponsors from 2017 only
  • August 23 to August 30, 2017 - Opens to OAFC Industry Members only at 3:00PM
  • August 30 to September 10, 2017 - Opens to 2017 Exhibitors - UPDATED
  • September 11, 2017 - Open to everyone - UPDATED

Payment Options

  • The OAFC has held 2017 pricing for the 2018 show!  
  • Only current OAFC Industry Members are eligible for member pricing.
  • Once again, we are offering a deposit option to exhibitors in order to secure their booth space early.   Pay only 25% of your fee now, and your booth selection will be held until January 15, 2018.  All booths secured with a deposit MUST be paid in full by January 15, 2018.  Any booths not paid in full by the deadline, will be released.
  • Booth selection will only be confirmed when accompanied by payment in full or with the 25% deposit.
  • To take advantage of the 25% deposit option, register and select INVOICE as your payment option and in the additional comments field add “25% deposit”.

How to register

  • All exhibitors (both those securing booth space, as well as exhibiting at the show) are required to read the Terms and Conditions found on the 2018 Exhibitor Prospectus.
  • Review the OAFC 2018 Trade Show Floorplan to select your booth location. (please choose your 2nd and 3rd choices)
  • Complete the form below, in full.  In order to secure booth space at the trade show, you must read and agree to our Terms and Conditions and our Cancellation Policy.
  • Ensure you know what payment option you wish to take advantage of.  
  • Please enter your booth selections in the "ADDITIONAL COMMENT SECTION" on the form below.
  • All booths are based on a first come, first served basis.  The floorplan is updated on a daily basis.

Cancellation Policy - Please read carefully

  • There is an administrative fee of $500.00 for all cancellations. All cancellations must be received in writing.
  • In the event of a cancellation by an exhibitor after March 1, 2018, the OAFC Show Management shall retain the exhibit fee unless a suitable replacement exhibitor can be found to purchase the space.  
  • No refunds will be given after April 1, 2018.  For Outdoor Demo Space, there will be no refunds in the event of inclement weather.
