$625.00 + HST (81.25) = $706.25

$315.00 + HST (40.95) = $355.95

Available to registered and paid exhibitors based on first-come, first served.
ALL BOOTH FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
All Trade Show booths are based on a first-come, first served basis. Previous exhibitors have the right of first refusal.

Important Exhibitor Information

Only one company can be hosted per booth.  If you have other supplier representatives, they must purchase a booth space on their own. Those exhibitors wanting outdoor exhibit space must first register a booth inside.
 
Please note payment in full is required to secure your booth space.  
 
An 8 foot table with 2 chairs will be provided for every booth.
 
Those exhibitors requiring additional power (more than 15 amps) will be charged accordingly.  It is the exhibitor’s best interest to come equipped with at least 30 feet of industrial extension cord.
 
Potential exhibitors missing the registration deadline will not be contacted.  You are responsible for your company exhibit space. 
 
Goods that need to be shipped to Thunder Bay prior to the dates of FireCon can be shipped to:

Please contact the hotel to arrange for this.  The hotel will store the shipped items until your arrival.  You must make your own arrangements for shipping back your booth materials after the trade show.
