FireCon is Northwestern Ontario's leading fire/rescue/EMS educational conference and trade show.  The FireCon 2018 Trade Show is the perfect venue for your company to promote your products and services and connect with those in the fire service.  

Year-after-year the FireCon Trade Show continues to attract major fire service suppliers.  Over the course of two days, your exhibit team gets direct access to those who use your equipment, products and services every day.  Participants are provided with opportunities to visit with exhibitors ensuring your sales team has the opportunity to highlight new products and services, foster existing customer relationships and generate new sales leads.   In addition, your participation goes directly to supporting important emergency service training in Northwestern Ontario.

About FireCon

For the past 25 years, Emergency North Training (ENT), staffed by volunteers, has developed critical regional training for firefighters and emergency first responders for municipalities, unincorporated territories and First Nations in northwestern Ontario.  The main training forum held each September is known as FireCon. 

Municipal budgets in the northwest continue to be under significant pressure to reduce costs and spending.  With that said, the courses offered at FireCon, on a per-student basis, are likely the best opportunity for your first responders to receive affordable training at a recognized standard.  As such, Emergency North Training prides itself in delivering training that is affordable, accessible and attainable.  Training delivered at FireCon adheres to the standards that are acceptable to the OFMEM and the Ministry of Labour. 

Collaboration and partnerships with the OFMEM, the Ministry of Natural Resources, the OAFC and many corporate sponsors ensure that our objective to provide regional emergency training, and in particular, the staging of the annual FireCon event, remain possible.

Our Trade Show offers attendees the opportunity to receive information from company experts on new equipment, technology, products and services available to the fire service.  The Trade Show continues to be a significant contributor to FireCon, and we truly appreciate our suppliers continued support.  On Saturday, we host our annual banquet, which provides an opportunity to enjoy a delicious meal and entertainment, while networking with colleagues.

FireCon is more than just training.  It is the rendezvous for the fire service in the north.

Important Exhibitor Information

Only one company can be hosted per booth.  If you have other supplier representatives, they must purchase a booth space on their own.
 
The exhibitor agrees to use the said space solely for the display and/or sale of his product and/or service manufactured, distributed or sold as a bona fide sales agency (incorporated with the laws of Canada as such).
 
He/she agrees not to sublet, assign or share any part of the exhibit space with any other manufacturer; distributor; wholesaler; jobber; sales agency or person or to allow orders to be taken within the exhibitor’s space by any person other than the exhibitor’s own employees or agents.
 
Exhibitors are responsible for and agree to make good any damages to the building or show equipment caused by their occupation of the space.
 
Booths must be staffed at all times during trade show open hours.
 
Please note payment in full is required to secure your booth space.  
 
Those exhibitors requiring additional power (more than 15 amps) will be charged accordingly.  Exhibitors are required to supply their own power bars and should come equipped with at least 30 feet of industrial extension cord.
